Redline PdM is a Predictive Maintenance Service company; specializing in creating, implementing and servicing Predictive Maintenance Programs for your industry. Redline PdM’s primary focus is on utilizing our online predictive maintenance software to increase your reliability and profitability.
Don't guess what the problem is.
Our qualified technicians use a wide array of technologies to monitor and analyze your equipment and machinery. These technologies include vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, ultrasonics, laser alignment, and more to provide our clients with a clear picture of how healthy their machinery really is. After having your chillers, pumps, fans, motors, blowers, or just about any piece of equipment monitored by our technicians, the information is analyzed, compiled and ready for you to access through our online service at your convenience. Redline PdM utilizes a web-based repository for current and historical machine condition information (Predictive Connection) that is as easy as browsing the web. This system allows you to login and interface with all “open problems” (faults identified in your facility) giving you preemptive knowledge of the condition of your machinery which can increase uptime and productivity by avoiding unscheduled downtime.
Don't fix what isn't broken.
Don't waste another dollar on scheduled maintenance that replaces or repairs parts that aren't broken. When a Predictive Program is in effect, you will see the condition of your machinery with each report. Our reports give you the advantage of an early warning system that can alert you to possible failures before they happen, plus tell you where the fault resides, allowing you to fix or replace only the parts that need it.
